User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:18.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/18.0 Build ID: 20130104151925 Steps to reproduce: Updated to Firefox 18.0 Actual results: After update, whenever I right-click anywhere on web browser window or left-click a menu bar item the context window that opens up is a squished graphic of the web browser window. Also, if I wiggle the mouse around on the context menu it flickers back and forth between the correctly displayed menu and the squished graphic. Expected results: Regular menu should be displayed.

Please let us know if you can reproduce this in Firefox's own safe mode. From the Firefox menu: Help -> Restart with Add-ons Disabled

Ok, you'll need to narrow the cause down to the extension installed that's causing this by manually disabling half of your extensions in about:addons then restarting to check, then if it still happens, disable half of what's left and check again, and continue disabling/enabling by halves till you can see which one is the cause. Please let us know which one it is.

Please let us know which one it is. That didn't work. Even after disabling all extensions and plugins it still does it.

The other thing safe mode disables is Hardware Acceleration. To turn that off manually from the Firefox menu, "Options" dialog, click the "Advanced" section, click the "General" tab in that if needed, then untick "Use hardware acceleration when available" (may need a restart to check) If that stops the problem happening, we'll need your graphics card info, which you can get from the "Graphics" section of Help -> Troubleshooting Information Please copy/paste that info into a comment here.

Thanks for that. Sorry to keep asking for more info, but in case this has already been fixed in either bug 802456 or bug 801301, could you please install Firefox 19 beta from http://beta.mozilla.org and test with hardware acceleration enabled and let us know if it still happens?

Oops, disregard that, the fixes for both those bugs were backported to Firefox 18. There may be more related bugs fixed that I haven't found, so you can test the very latest nightly build from http://nightly.mozilla.org to see if the problem still exists.

I tried the nightly version 21.0a1 but it still happens when I turn on hardware acceleration.
