No options available to check or change Cards settings.

Repro Steps: 
1. Update Unagi Phone to build 20130104070203
2. Navigate to Cards settings menu

Actual Results: There are no Cards settings options available 

Expected Results:  There are options available to check or change Cards settings

Notes:
-Repros 100% on all Unagi devices
