829916 - Throbber starts, then stops, then restarts when opening a page right after startup

If you try to open a page in Firefox immediately after executing it, this is what happens:
1) The throbber starts
2) The throbber stops
3) The throbber starts again

The throbber shouldn't disappear until the page is loaded.

It doesn't depend on the particular URL. I just have to open a page right after opening Firefox (before every entry of the menu is enabled).

I can still reproduce on Firefox 22.

1) The throbber starts.
2) The throbber stops and you can see for a moment the Firefox icon in its place.
3) The throbber starts again.
4) The throbber stops when the page is loaded.

No, I think this is independent of session restore. It sounds like we're starting the throbber when we click the link, then we get location change/document stop events for about:home once Gecko is ready, stopping the throbber temporarily. It then starts again once Gecko gets the request to load the new page.

Simple STR:
1) Open Fennec from cold state
2) Click a top site thumbnail before an about:home favicon is shown
