Tested in unagi with Gecko-1e1821a Gaia-9d4983b.

STR:
1-Insert a non configured prepaid VIVO SIM card
2-Pull down notification tray
3-Tap in the data usage/credit module
4-Select I´m prepaid
5-Tap in the toggle to activate balance threshold
6-Try to input a value for balance threshold

Expected result --> There´s a textbox where you can input the value
Actual result --> The text box is overlapped by the text and you cannot input any value

I saw this bug before and It is already fixed.
