Tested in unagi with Gecko-1e1821a Gaia-9d4983b.

STR:
1-Insert a non configured prepaid VIVO SIM card
2-Pull down notification tray
3-Tap in the credit module
4-Select I´m prepaid

Expected result --> Balance threshold should be on with a value of R$3 by default

Actual result --> Balance threshold is off by default

This part of the app is only available for prepaid VIVO SIMs in this moment and I think that this should be the case for V1, so I guess the answer is yes.
