Repro Steps:

1. Update device to build 20130114073222.
2. Set language to Portuguese.
3. Go to the home screen and perform a long tap.
4. Select the wallpaper option.
5. Observe that the wallpaper selection screens title is truncated when set to Portuguese, reading: "Selecionar papel de par..."

Actual Results:

Wallpaper selection screen's title is truncated when language is set to Portuguese, reading: "Selecionar papel de par..."

Expected Results:

Full title of the wallpaper selection screen is displayed when the language is set to Portuguese.

Notes:

This was found on an Unagi device.
Hardware: x86_64 → ARM
OS: Windows 7 → Gonk (Firefox OS)
Assignee: nobody → evanxd
Cleaning up bugs marked as l12y and moving them to the locale component.
I don't think most of them are still valid, but I'll let localizers check.
