830601 - Import Apache log into AWstats instance for phonebook.mozilla.org log analysis

I believe metrics has an AWstats instance that I have previously to analyze some Apache logs. I have a single non-rotated Apache log file of phonebook.mozilla.org that goes back to Sept. 2012. I need it imported into an instance of AWstats so we can analyze previous trends. We are going to be using Google Analytics going forward, but need some historical data now.

I have the log file in my khan directly and I can securely move it to another location for analysis.

Metrics had to shut down the awstats instance due to a security issue recently.  We could spin it up again as a one-off on a separate host, but that would probably be as much work as you installing it locally yourself.  Is that an option for you?

Ahh ok. Didn't know.

Justin: Can you see if you can spin up a version locally on your side? This may be easier and quicker given Daniel's comment above.
