ReviewTools-002	Optimize pages for Mobile	

As a reviewer I would like to see reviewer pages optimized for mobile so that I can perform reviews from my mobile device. Mockup

    Make it easier to download and install an app (UI needed) (P2)
  1.       Make flow more efficient from lookup - Currently reviewers need to go to applookup, result summary page, click on app name, go to app detail page, click review history, then on review page click Free button.  
      
2. Add ability to add screenshots to comments.
