Since we're adjusting the search to show all apps regardless of status, we should also add that filter to the advanced search.

I'm going to be making some assumptions. Let me know if these are ok:

1. Default remains 'public'.
2. Optional values are: 'pending', 'public', 'disabled', 'rejected', 'waiting'.
3. Only one can be chosen, not multiple.
4. This is limited to admins and reviewers.

Let me know if this is reasonable.
