landfill then schematic update from 508 to 509

Details 
landfill provides schema version 508 and schematic migrations attempts to apply version 509 fails fatally stating that 'payments_seller' (iirc) table already exists.

Dropping the table and letting schematic apply 509 itself works.

Either 
* remove payments_seller from landfill
* update 509
* update landfill to 509 (or newer)
OS: Windows 7 → All
Hardware: x86_64 → All
landfill schema version is now 531
