B2G emulator crashtests are running green on cedar, we should enable them on m-c and friends as well. This depends on bug 834382 (which should land on m-c tomorrow).

If bug 834382 ends up getting tracking-b2g18+'ed we should enable them on that branch as well.
Pretty sure this should do it. May have missed something as I'm still somewhat new to these configs though.

ahal: your patch will run crashtests everywhere including b2g18. is that the desired effect?
