Sometimes the contextual menu that appears when clicking back-forward button doesn't show the favicons (especially the blank one also see bug 420607).

It would also be nice to modernize back-forward arrows and "present page" icon in that menu (or just show classic hover selection instead as in Google Chrome).

Confirmed. The addon manager icon doesn't show up.

FYI, the "current page" icon is the native system one. But yeah, it'd be nice to get new arrows.
