Rack 2x EX2200 and 2x EX4200 in the 2 racks closest to the releng mac minis.

:van and I talked about this... let's install the switches first and determine how much space is left for the win8 chassis. I expect we can fit 18-20 chassis. Each chassis is 2U and contains 4 servers. The servers will only be single-homed, so that means we'll need 72-80 data ports and 72-80 oob ports.
