Details

We should reset the app screenshot database when we switch locales.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Switch to arabic locale
2) Open SMS/Settings app
3) Kill the app or restart the system
4) Switch locale to english
5) Reopen the app - while booting it shows the screenshot with arabic UI
Firefox OS is not being worked on
