For the new console output we need to provide extensions the ability to customize how messages are filtered (existing ones and new messages as they show).

Such API can allow for filtering on any arbitrary rules - per domain, per CSS vendor prefixes or whatever the implementer chooses.
Priority: -- → P2
If this API is also meant to be used internally, then it may block bug 905978 and bug 1255311.
