When a user deletes their account, a confirmation message should be displayed and then the user is redirected to the homepage (logged out view).

Steps to replicate:
1. On dev, delete your account

Actual:
Following successful deletion, the application briefly flashes to the logged-out homepage, then redirects you to /register

Expected:
Following successful deletion, the application redirects you to the logged-out homepage with a message. There currently appears to be no message for this. I suggest: 'Your account has been deleted. Thanks for being a Mozillian!'

When bug 909333 lands all we need to do is to display the message, redirection should not happen.
