STR:

1. Have someone not in your address book call you
2. Have that person terminate the call before you answer

Expected:

1. Notification of missed call with the caller's number displayed
2. Persisted notification in notification tray with the caller's number displayed

Actual:

1. Notification of missed call without a number displayed
2. Persisted notification in notification tray with no number displayed

I add on to this to not create a duplicate:

Actual:

1. Notification of missed call without a number NOT displayed
2. Notification NOT persisted in notification tray
3. Call not registered on Calls Historical

I tested on 2.0, no issue to report now. So, this bug is out of date and we suspect that it's no longer valid. If you think this is in error, please reopen it.
