Hello this bug is for all ircops

can you please do a global to let everyone to know what we are having a mozillians meeting at 2:30PM PST today in #mozillians https://etherpad.mozilla.org/mozillians-2013-02-05 for the etherpad mozillians will be the back channel
most of the ircops aren't in Mozilla operations.  Please ask for an ircop on #it
