Test case  #2650
PROCEDURE
Insert the PIN code incorrectly 3 times, so the PUK dialog is shown.
Insert the PUK incorrectly 10 times. Verify that a message displays "The PUK Code is incorrect. You have x tries.

EXPECTED
After last try dialog the SIM card will no longer be usable, user returned to home screen with 'No SIM Card Found' message displayed with OK button

ACTUAL
After inserting the PUK code incorrectly 10 times, user is not warned with any  message. No info about the lock of the SIM card after inserting the last try.
User can open dialer and try to call.
