Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a private browsing tab and load popuptest.com/popuptes1.html
2. Tap on Show when the doorhanger appears

Expected result:
- the pop-up tabs should open in private browsing

Actual result:
- the new tabs are opened in normal browsing
