This mockup visualizes what user can do to navigate between sub-pages or tabs inside the Queues section.

The only notable thing here is the fact that user can either tap on:
* The “Queue” link on the header nav, or
* The tab title itself

This will invoke some sort of an action menu that contain links to different tabs.
