This is a difference between desktop Firefox and FxA behavior. It is not really a product call, it is a defect. The page in question is a http:// page with https:// resources that are signed with an unknown CA. Desktop Firefox will load the page and the https:// resource. Where as FxA presents the unknown CA page. Which when the user tries to accept the cert FxA fails to accept it.
