Details
An external developer is complaining about this on the dev.xul newsgroup, so I thought I'd file a bug to track it. This is the problem where submenus of a popup/context menu don't get created.

Yeah, this is a nasty one since the windows menu code is still doesn't pass events through it's object hierarchy correctly. I'm setting the target to M10 as it is a pain in the rear to make this work the right way.

Since this is a native menus issue, and we're using XPMenus now, I'm pushing this out past the dogfood "beta"

<sniff, sniff> :~( I was hoping that one day, maybe I'd resurrect native menus (sorry Dave). But go ahead and dash my optimistic dreams, its ok. Really.
