Steps to reproduce:

Me along with 2 other Mozillian are invited to attend "Mozilla South Asia 2013 Meetup". As the assigned travel agent was unable book point-to-point air ticket in between Dhaka and Nepal, and was suggesting an alternative route which costs $797 per person (3 times then usual); I suggested if I can purchase locally and receive reimbursement later. The organizers (Gen, William, Soumya) approved the idea and asked me to buy. I've purchased round trip air tickets for 
1. Ashickur Rahman
2. Mahay Alam Khan
3. Robin Mehdee

The total cost including all taxes - 765 US$

Hello William,

I did submitted this bug under "Product - Mozilla Reps", "Component - Budget Request". I guess I'm missing something or ... well refer me to any Wiki URL about how to of this.
