Using 2001-06-04-09 commercial release 0.9.1 branch build on WinNT

1. Click on Bookmarks folder in personal toolbar and release mouse button
2. Click on a bookmark in the menu, and drag the mouse to another item

Expected: menu item selection to track mouse during drag, as with menus on the
main menu bar.
Actual: drag/drop initiated with clicked bookmark as source.
except that you really can drag that link around and drop it in several places (sidebar,
ptoolbar, etc).
*** Bug 85281 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
The current behavior is necessary if we are going to support full inline
editing in the Bookmarks menu (bug 19437, bug 50505).
*** Bug 92903 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
This isn't a bug, is it? Should be marked invalid.
Bug 92903 describes a different problem: trying to use a personal toolbar folder
like a normal menu (with a single drag) used to initiate a drag. That was fixed
some time in the last two months.

I'm seeing this happen on recent builds (linux) whether I release
the mouse button or not. i.e. it is impossible to select a bookmark
from PT (menu bookmarks works ok).
This now WFM linux, cvs yesterday
This is not a bug, this is a feature! :) you can reorder menu items from the
bookmark menupopup
