840852 - Script to update SUTAgent.ini

I seem to have to update SUTAgent.ini on devices very frequently.  Autophone has a script that writes a local SUTAgent.ini to the correct place on a remote device, but I'd love a script that automatically fetches SUTAgent.ini, prompts for changes (defaulting to current values), and uploads the new file (if changed).

I will add support for network settings before closing this, since I believe I'll have to update them on the phones from haxxor.

Hummed and hawed a bit about this one, but in the end decided to keep it simple.  I also added the ability to delete sections.

Looking at the SUTAgent code, it seems that the Network Settings options are really limited.  Seems it was rewritten at some point, and some of the old settings are now ignored.  I'll update https://wiki.mozilla.org/Auto-tools/Projects/SUTAgent accordingly.

Actually, we need to add some more to the network section:

As discussed a lot of those options don't actually do anything anymore.  I'll update the SUTAgent wiki page presently.
