this is a customization feature for BT settings
- Bluetooth activation
- Bluetooth visibility for others if active (default)
- Bluetooth Device Identifier (Device Name)

For #1, it's in "bluetooth.enabled" in settings.py. 
For #2, we can add "bluetooth.visible" in settings.py and it will be read by bluetooth.js. 
For #3, Yuren will check where the configuration is.
#3 can be configured by Name in B2G/system/bluetooth/data/main.conf. default value is ro.product.model/PRODUCT_MODEL.

there are some example for PRODUCT_MODEL customization:
