841006 - Newsletter form on the mozorg app pages submit to an old URL

They currently submit to:

https://donate.mozilla.org/page/s/sign-up-for-mozilla

But they should submit to:

https://sendto.mozilla.org/page/s/sign-up-for-mozilla

The old url does redirect, but the redirect drops the POST data and so when you try to signup for the newseletter, you're taken to a page to sign up for the newsletter.
