Details

If you saved a password, we know you have an account for this domain/site/page. Since we know users only have in the dozens of passwords, this is a very good cue that they expect to get back to this site. 

This also has a side benefit of helping cut down on phishing.
Dozens of *accounts* not password is what I meant to say.
