User is unable to view page for valid file formats after submitting a video in an invalid format.

1) click button to submit video
2) submit a .gif file > open > next
3) 'oops something went wrong page' > click link to view valid file formats [http://vimeo.com/help/compression]

expected: page opens
actual: page never loads
** Able to view page when loading url directly, just not from submit flicks window
