STR:
1.  Go to Settings=>Display=>Screen Timeout and set/ensure setting is at "Never".
2.  Call to this DTMF test number (I'd suspect any works): 1 253 753 1536
3. Wait through the "hold" test.   When prompted, hit "1" to do the DTMF test and start testing numbers

Expected: Screen stays on throughout the call, ensuring I have access to the dialer.   

Actual:  Screen goes blank constantly throughout the call, requiring me to hit power button constantly to turn it back on.

Sounds like bug 838297.  If these STR are consistently reproducible feel free to dup that here.

John, I think your form fill/autocompletion may have gone nuts.  This is also filed in e-mail but has nothing to do with e-mail, and the deps are really weird.
