842071 - Stop doing twice a day nightlies on B2g18_v1_0_0

Not sure who will actually say yea or nay to whether we can stop them now, but despite the branch being CLOSED, we continue to build twice a day "nightlies" on https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=Mozilla-B2g18_v1_0_0&rev=3a340589db3b, which means that every 12 hours, we burn around 415 minutes on our most desperately overbooked slave pool running emulator tests on the same rev yet again.
