Bug to track the localization of the Get Involved page and related assets into Indonesian.

This bug has been added to your Web dashboard and the svn repo has been populated with the latest contribute.lang file as well as the default templates for email responses.

For the video, it may have been translated already on Universal Subtitles, but at this point we don't include subtitles on this page as we are blocked by bugs on Universal Subtitles end (Bug 769715)

Note that you can customise the text in the email templates. For example, Mozilla Hispano completely changed the text for Spanish, so links are in Spanish pointing to Mozilla Hispano wiki and emails are signed by the people in charge of each area at the community.

Two important things to note by Nukeador:

* A "reply to begin" sentence, so you don't have to reply manually hundreds of emails.
* And the "don't worry about time commitment, we can look for tasks that adapt to your time" to avoid people not replying this first auto-response.

Brian, how can we test the localized email responses? I tried to use the dev-site (www-dev.allizom.org) but the response was still in English, though I already translated them (last revision is r114229).
