842906 - Screen locks and stops playing music/video being streamed from everything.me apps

Steps to reporoduce:
1. Go to everything and go to music category then -> 8tracks
2. Select something to play/stream
3. Let it play until screen locks

Expected outcome: Since this is music playing, it should continue playing even after screen locks.
Actual outcome: Music stops playing after screen locks meaning I have to keep touching the screen after a minute (idle time taken to lock screen) so I can keep listening to streaming music.

From our point of view, we don't have do anything here. We create a remote mozbrowser iframe with the URL. Maybe people from System know more than us

Did you open the Browser app with this URL [1]? I guess that when you are listening music from browser app and you click on home button, firefox OS stops playing music, isn't it? Basically the apps launched in a wrapper are the same the browser's tabsI think

Yes, this is correct, I opened the browser app with a url. Pressing the home button causes the music to stop playing. It isn't the case though with the music app. The music app still plays even after hitting the home button. Meaning I can do other stuff while listening to music.

Another thing to note though, going to settings->phone lock then disabling it, the music from the 8tracks app continues playing even after the phone's back-light goes off. The difference here being that you don't need to unlock the phone after pressing the home button

Something that may also be related here is that whenever you receive a call while music is streaming form 8tracks, it doesn't stop playing and you end up talking with music in the background.

I hope we can get a fix because you can't do anything else while music is streaming.

Screen lock pauses music even when playing from sdcard. Tested in 1.3.0 pre release from a few days back.

It happens only when FM radio and music is open at the same time, even when music is in the foreground.
