Prerequisites:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:21.0) Gecko/20130212 Firefox/21.0

Steps to reproduce:
1.Log in to MP-dev
2.Go to Dev-hub and select an already submitted app
3.From "Manage status" section , press "Delist App" or "Delete App" buttons

Expected results:
"Delist App" and "Delete App" confirmation screens are centered on the screen

Actual results:
Both confirmation screens are displayed on the left side and the windows are cut off.
