I have a PDF I received from my bank that will not display correctly in Firefox.

I have a local copy that I can give to a developer, but since it has my SSN, I can't post it in Bugzilla.

It's a tax form.

I get a notification bar at the top:

 This PDF might not be displayed correctly

There is not enough info to resolve the issue. Several issues about tax forms were filed already, probably one of them with similar problem.
