django.conf.urls.defaults is deprecated since Django 1.4 and completely removed as of 1.6.

Berker submitted a PR for this: https://github.com/mozilla/kitsune/pull/1160.

I landed it in https://github.com/mozilla/kitsune/commit/72fcd8f8ec44bf11fa1ed746de188ee4312150c3.

This isn't a site issue, but a code quality issue, so it doesn't need to be pushed out to prod right now.
