Details

As part of getting off tinderbox, we'll need to switch our buildbot code to use a MySQL DB instead of the current sqlite DB.

This might be possible to do a direct import, or might need an explicit schema creation. Either way this bug is to get us to use the DB once created.

...and our master is now using the DB, after a restart. Confirmed it is also populating the DB on changes!
