After downloading the update for the Unagi device and when it's getting uncompressed there is no update in the notification area. We still show 'downloading' but without any changing numbers. I can remember that we had it already to show 'uncompressing...'. So it seems to be a regression.

Hi whimboo, just to verify, is BuildID 20130228230203 the build that you saw the issue in or is it the build you updated to?

Right. Its the build I'm updated to. Before I had the 27th one. But the same happens with todays build.

Ah ok.  I flashed my device to:

 and then tried to update.  I successfully saw the banner for the uncompression phase.
I wonder if it has something to do with OTA to OTA and seeing this issue?

I had an issue where the OTA had cancelled on it's on and it was stuck trying to download.  Had to reboot twice in order for the phone to download the update.  When it did finish the update, it still showed the uncompressed message. so it sounds like a different issue.

Whimboo, if this happens, before you hit the update button, can you attach the logcat please?

There is nothing special in the log. While the 'progress' is displayed the download state is still shown.

Tested back to 2/14-3/2 and could not find the regression window.  Tested on V1.0.1
