3. On Network Type dropdown list select 3G or 2G, then click on OK button

Can you test this on a v1.01 build to check if this reproduces? Does it reproduce? If it does, nom for tef.

Can you test this on a b2g18 build to check if this reproduces? Does it reproduce? If it does but didn't reproduce on v1.01, nom for leo.

As a user I want the ability to either permit the phone to automatically select Network Operator or manually select one so that I have a choice with network operators.
