These are repositories added to vcs-sync in bug 846821 comment 1

Original thought was fetch failure due to high load on linaro.org after a major release by them. However, this continues several days later.
The following 5 repositories on git.mozilla.org have not yet had a successful fetch:
    external/linaro/platform/external/apache-http.git
    external/linaro/platform/external/libnfc-nxp.git
    external/linaro/platform/external/libnl-headers.git
    external/linaro/platform/external/safe-iop.git
    external/linaro/platform/prebuilt.git
Diagnosed and fixed with patch as follows:
    external/linaro/platform/external/apache-http.git
    external/linaro/platform/external/libnfc-nxp.git
    external/linaro/platform/external/libnl-headers.git
    external/linaro/platform/external/safe-iop.git
Above 4 repos had typos in the vcs-sync configuration (final '-' was '/')

    external/linaro/platform/prebuilt.git
General b2g community also having issues, so switched from git: protocol to http: protocol for fetch, as advertised on the upstream site:
