screen shot of the dialog that has the checkboxes that flash.
all the check boxes "flash" when I uncheck or check one in the package selector I'll get a screen shot so you can see which window of the installer I mean.

I'm not sure either what you mean by flash. The description changes as you move between check boxes but I don't see a flash
|

this is minor. I'll point out the flashing to ssu the next time I'm at the office.

Seamonkey and Firefox are using a new NSIS based installer. resolving this old bug, please reopen if you still get this with the new installer
