Currently the grid shows up to 9 tiles. Many of the ux mocks and comments talk about the limit being 8. At some point, we should fix this paper cut

I was going to send this to sam, but I think he has more important stuff to deal with this may mean changes for some of his pin/unpin/hide tests

Tested on 2013-03-15 using Nightly built from http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/0f7261e288f2 - Top sites grid has 8 tiles.
