apitrace is now being integrated into the B2G build system as part of bug 831147, the documentation we currently have should be updated to reflect this change:

I've updated the wiki page to reflect the current situation and checked that all the steps work correctly. If I have some extra time I'll generalize the build steps for more distributions and add examples on how to use the console-based trace program. This is my change:
