If I expand all entries in the Edit/Preferences-Dialogwindow it occurs after i
expanded "Advanced" that the Debug label moves out of the viewable area. (the
scrollbar range isn't large enough)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Edit/Preferences
2.Expand Appearance,Navigator,Composer,Mail and Newsgroups,Privacy and Security
3.scroll down
4.expand Advanced
5.try to expand debug 

Actual Results:  debug entry moved out of the viewable area

Expected Results:  enlarge the range of the scrollbar
