Steps to reproduce:

I checked https://careers.mozilla.org/en-US/ at W3C html validator ( validator.w3.org ).
The results can be found here: http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=careers.mozilla.org .


Actual results:

There were a lot of errors about the alt attribute used at a tags. An example:

 Line 159, Column 51: Attribute alt not allowed on element a at this point.

…        title="Sales Engineer, North America">Sales Engineer, North America</a>

Attributes for element a:
    Global attributes
    href
    target
    rel
    media
    hreflang
    type 


Expected results:

There should not be errors like this. The alt attribute should be removed.
Resolving as wont fix as we are going through a big redesign. CC'ing Steph so she is aware of issue when re-doing templates.
