I'm working on a patch [1] for Bug 650295 that includes modified versions of six files copied from Chromium: endpointer.cc, endpointer.h, energy_endpointer.cc, energy_endpointer.h, energy_endpointer_params.cc and energy_endpointer.h . The original files can be found at [2].

Are there any licensing concerns?

You should:

a) Find the relevant BSD license and copy it verbatim into a comment at the top of each file.
b) Make a patch for about:license (toolkit/content/license.html), updating the text above its copy of the relevant BSD license to include a reference to the source code directory in which you are placing these files
c) Set r? to me on that patch. You can attach it here if that's convenient, or elsewhere.
