After downloading the stub installer and starting the installation, a bunch of
error messages pop up saying that .xpi files failed to install.  After closing
all the error windows, the installer just hangs.  Linux builds from this morning
cannot be installed with the installer.  Both commercial and mozilla builds have
this problem.

Adding smoketest keyword, this problem fails the installer smoketests.

this was a local permissions problem. resolving invalid.
