852222 - [nl] 15 Years Contribute Page Changes

Add new copy to the default nl /contribute page.

This is part of our 15 anniversary campaign.

I suggest the following process, feel free to suggest a different one:

1. Wait for base en-US copy changes (bug 852190)
2. Manually copy the strings into the trunk (me?). This will likely be a separate lang file.
3. Localiser syncs up and translates the strings, checks in.
4. Changes tested and once passed move to staging then production.

Ton, this is perfectly fine don't worry :) We don't have the new version of the page created yet (probably tomorrow), but the strings should not change before tomorrow.

raymond, this is not an l10n issue with Dutch and unlikely to be l10n related, should be reported in the implementation bug for webdev I think.
