Repro steps: 1. From the homescreen, swipe to the right to access Everything.me 2. Select Shopping, then Staples. 3. Observe the message that appears as the page loads. 4. Navigate through the site, watching for any error messages that appear. Expected: The Staples site loads and can be navigated through with no errors. Actual: When the page loads, the error message "Your browser is not compatible with this product!" appears. As the user navigates through the site, the error message will reappear at certain parts of the site. Note: Load the site*, select Hot Deals*, then PCs/Drives/Accessories, then Flash Memory Cards & Readers*, then the product that is listed*. This will show the error message four times. Maybe this bug is more related to gaia:system or Gecko. People from ev.me could remove this app from the search in order to avoid this behavior, but IMHO we should investigate a bit about the problem before removing nothing

Request escalation to P2. App has a compatibility error on loading.

Over to tef? to see whether we should pursue removing Staples from the catalog, or possibly override the UA.

I do not think staples is a popular web site in the target markets. As there is no crash or device becoming unusable I would not hold v1.0.1 release because of this one.

Moving this back over to E.me to consider removing from their index. (I wonder if this site will show in any of the target launch locales.)

Attempts to find Staples on the Unagi, Inari and Leo in any of the Everything.me categories was unsuccessful. However, Staples could be found by searching for it. Once the site was accessed, the bug still repros. If E.me has already removed this site from their index the next step is investigation and evangelism to get Staples to fix their site. If this is the case I suggest opening a bug in the Tech Evangelism::Mobile component to add this to the backlog.
